Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Senior Sales Account Manager - Hospitality to join our global hospitality team and be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore.

This role focuses on driving demand generation and securing specifications for new pipeline projects with key Luxury Hospitality Brands in the Asia-Pacific region. The candidate will strengthen Lutron's relationships with targeted hotel brands to enhance performance with key clients and contribute to closing hospitality projects globally. By collaborating with internal teams across sales, communications, and business units, the role will deliver tailored strategies and solutions, fostering long-term client relationships and generating repeat business.

Responsibilities

Asia Pacific Hospitality Brand Person: Should build and nurture high-level relationships with hotel brands and owners/developers in the region:

  • Build, maintain, and leverage high level relationships with the targeted Luxury Hotel brands / accounts. These relationships should be at all levels of the organization.
  • Have a strategic account plan to build opportunities for Lutron on their pipeline, creating a consistent and long-term hospitality business.
  • Identify and develop a strategy for growing the business within one's respective hotel brands; Earn a high percentage of assigned account's mindshare to position Lutron as basis of design for future projects, not just for the project at hand.
  • Provide Lutron solution recommendations to set the groundwork for long term success and establish Lutron as a basis of design.
  • Develop, own, and lead both account development plans and overall growth plans for one's target customers to create repeatable strategies for success.
  • Collaborate with Lutron Team to deliver successful project by surrounding the project independent of location in the world.
  • Conduct and attend high impact events providing Lutron a representation in the industry and to the key brands.
  • Work with the business unit to provide pertinent customer feedback to inform the development of new products, sales tools and marketing/design collateral in the hospitality space.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain customer and project information and maintain a clear picture of the project pipeline.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 12 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology and/or design and construction industries.
  • Proven consultative sales skills with a track record of driving business growth.
  • Established connections within the hospitality community.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments, including marketing, communications, sales, and product management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to effectively engage with senior-level executives at hotel brands.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
