Director - Sales & Marketing | Talent Acquisition | Executive Search | Headhunting at Charterhouse AsiaAs a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key clients in the FMCG sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Job Description- Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and strategic initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- University graduate with at least 6-7 years' experience in FMCG industry
- Network and relationship with KA channels is a must
- Strong networking, excellent interpersonal skills
- Good planning and analysis skills
- Strong command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good analytical and presentation skills
- Excellence in time management
