As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key clients in the FMCG sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
The Successful Applicant
  • University graduate with at least 6-7 years' experience in FMCG industry
  • Network and relationship with KA channels is a must
  • Strong networking, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good planning and analysis skills
  • Strong command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellence in time management
