Sales Account Manager

Become part of Monotype's dynamic sales team as a Mid-Market Account Executive As the primary point of contact with prospective customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that set the stage for continued engagement and growth.
Your key responsibilities will include managing inbound sales requests, researching targeted leads, cold-calling prospects, and setting up sales presentations. You will also need to maintain relationships with current customers, increase potential add-on products, and update internal CRM systems.
To succeed in this role, you will require at least 3 years of sales experience, a proven track record of meeting sales quotas, and a strong understanding of software, technology, publishing, media, advertising, or design market segments. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
