- Assist manager in carrying out smooth daily operation and achieving of department KPIs and SLA
- Drive continuous improvement in performance metrics, operation efficiency and customers / brokers' satisfaction
- Ensure operation complied with compliance / regulation requirement and guidelines
Responsibilities
- Execute on key operational outcomes to ensure customer, intermediaries and regulatory expectations are met.
- Perform daily policy alterations, review financial transaction and seek management approval.
- Managing inquiries and feedback from various service channels; and conduct investigation into regulatory complaints.
- Participate in projects, including risk control, back book review and system enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze performance data, including SLA reports and key metrics, to identify improvement areas.
- Maintain collaborative relationship with stakeholders (i.e. S&D, FIN, L&C) to enhance engagement with brokers as well as end customers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' working experience in customer service, policy administration or related discipline.
- Sound knowledge of life insurance products.
- Strong understanding of CDD, AML and risk control is advantageous.
- University Graduate or above.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- IIQE paper 1, 3.
- ALMI & ACS would be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong level of learning agility with "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time well on tight deadlines.
- Strong in problem solving and effective communication skill for case resolutions.
- Less experience will be considered as "Senior Officer".
