Our client is a sizable property developer who is now looking for a talent to join their Sales team.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for liaising with property agents, property selling, sales launch, customer services and relevant documentation works etc.
- Support, plan and execute the sales strategies for commercial & industrial properties
- Keep abreast of property market trends
- Maintain and develop clients' and agencies' relationship
- Carry out asset review
- Conduct business planning for asset disposal
- Degree holder or above in Real Estate Studies, Marketing or related disciplines
- 8-10 years' experience in sales and marketing in property industry
- Experience in commercial & industrial, carpark sales or relevant fields is required
- Well-versed in the property market trends and practices
- Proactive, customer-oriented, a good team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing and MS Office
- Candidates with less experience or lower qualifications will be considered for the post of Deputy Manager
