Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in commercial & industrial, carpark sales, or relevant fields. They will be responsible for liaising with property agents, handling sales launches, customer services, and documentation works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with property agents and handle sales launches
  • Support and plan sales strategies for commercial & industrial properties
  • Conduct asset reviews and develop business plans for asset disposal
Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above in Real Estate Studies, Marketing, or related fields
  • 8-10 years' experience in sales and marketing in the property industry
  • Experience in commercial & industrial, carpark sales, or relevant fields required
  • Familiarity with property market trends and practices
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, team player with positive attitude and integrity
