Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage the affiliate product to ensure alignment with company growth objectives.
- Design and implement an affiliate system, including CRM capabilities, to monitor daily activity, user acquisition, and revenue.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and operations teams to ensure the affiliate system is scalable and efficient.
- Define and execute strategies to grow the affiliate network, attract new partners, and enhance engagement with existing affiliates.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in affiliate or partner program systems.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve affiliate performance.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
