Job Duties:

  • Develop creative ideas, formulate social media and influencer strategy for pitching purpose and win the deal with BD team.
  • Assist in influencer management, including contact, recruitment, communication and performance analysis.
  • Work with influencer to develop successful campaigns for clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and achieve high customer satisfaction with outstanding service level.
  • Work with the team to create appealing content including feeds, articles, graphics and promotional campaigns on social media channels.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties including key opinion leaders, graphic designer, vendor.
  • Research on latest market trends, provide insights and recommendations for campaign performance review with client.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in digital marketing, advertising or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Social Media/ Account Servicing is preferred.
  • Experience in managing social media campaigns (experienced in Facebook or IG ads execution is a plus).
  • Well understanding of latest digital marketing trends would be an advantage.
  • Excellent presentation, pitching, influencing and communication skills with analytical mindset.
  • Energetic, responsive, organized and passionate.
  • Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
