We are seeking a talented Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to join our client's Hong Kong team. As a key member of the Business Development & Marketing Team, this role requires an individual who can effectively research clients and industries to identify new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional research skills, be able to create compelling proposals, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Business Development & Marketing Team in Hong Kong by preparing proposals, researching clients, and assisting in marketing activities.

  • Maintaining effective communication channels within the team and across different offices to ensure seamless collaboration.

  • Conducting thorough market research to identify new opportunities for business growth and development.

  • Familiarizing yourself with the firm's key products and services to effectively support business development efforts.

  • Assisting in organizing marketing campaigns, events, and other promotional activities to drive business growth.

  • Utilizing the firm's client management system to develop targeted marketing initiatives.

  • Creating engaging content for various platforms and assisting in event planning to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in business or a related field.

  • Demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Showcase excellent written and spoken English skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Experience in event planning is desirable.

  • Familiarity with virtual event platforms is beneficial.

  • Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills.
