B2B Sales Executive Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales strategies to acquire new business and maintain existing clients.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their supply chain needs and challenges.
- Presentation, negotiation, and contract discussion with potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in supply chain or logistics sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Regional/global exposure is advantageous.
- Commerce/retail segment experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
