As a B2B Sales Manager at Captar Partners, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strategic relationships, and developing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the supply chain industry. You will be responsible for designing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with key clients, and analyzing sales performance metrics to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their supply chain requirements and challenges.
  • Deliver engaging presentations, negotiate contracts, and facilitate discussions with potential clients.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in the supply chain or logistics sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Candidates with regional/global experience have an added advantage.
  • Candidates with clients from commerce/retail segment have an added advantage.
  • Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
