We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our team at Captar Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients. Build strong relationships with key accounts and understand their supply chain needs and challenges.

You will conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with potential clients, monitor sales performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative logistics solutions that optimize supply chain and enhance operational efficiency for our clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in the supply chain or logistics sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
