**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their supply chain needs and challenges.
  • Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with potential clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably in the supply chain or logistics sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Candidates with regional/global exposure have an added advantage.
  • Candidates with clients from commerce/retail segment have an added advantage.
  • Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
