Boutique Sales Leader

We are looking for a boutique sales leader who can inspire and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies, manage store performance, and drive business growth.
Main responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Managing store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory management
- Leading a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements include:
- At least 6 years of retail sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management role; luxury retail experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive business results
- High level of adaptability, flexibility, and resilience
