Sales and Business Development Leader: Drive Revenue Growth and Establish Strategic Partnerships
HCLSoftware is a leading provider of software solutions, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Leader to join our team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Act as the overall owner of the customer relationship.
Key responsibilities include:
- Gaining a deep understanding of HCLSoftware's cybersecurity, martech, and data solutions portfolios.
- Developing compelling solution proposals that address customer needs and demonstrate the value proposition of HCLSoftware's offerings.
- Participating in the development and delivery of persuasive sales presentations.
- Effectively negotiating pricing and contractual terms to secure profitable deals.
