About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests related to group medical, individual financial, and wealth management products.
  • Provide support to management and recommend productivity/service improvements.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all requests to be completed with good quality standards.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks to achieve desired results of business needs.
