About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

  • University graduate in business, finance, language studies, or other relevant subjects
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written Chinese and English
  • Above 5 years' solid experience in customer service, preferably in insurance and financial institutions
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (over 45 wpm) and PC literate in Word/Excel
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Qualified license of IIQE Paper 1,3 and 5
