Job Summary:

We are seeking a Dental Client Experience Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and coordinate with our clinic partners. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless client experience in a friendly and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with post-sales customers to ensure satisfaction and address questions promptly, building positive relationships through clear communication.
  • Regularly follow up with customers to maintain satisfaction and cater to additional needs, personalizing interactions for a tailored customer experience.
  • Coordinate appointments with partner dentists for quick responses and solutions, scheduling appointments according to customer preferences.
  • Manage a booking system for smooth communication between customers and dentists.
  • Support production schedules and shipping logistics for timely product delivery.
  • Collaborate with shipping partners for pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution, keeping customers informed about shipping progress.
  • Maintain organized records for easy access and accuracy, adhering to standardized procedures and data protection compliance.
  • Assist new team members with onboarding and provide support as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or clinic setting.
  • Prior working experience as a clinic assistant is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages an asset).
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and relevant tools.
  • A positive attitude, empathy, and genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to start work immediately.
