Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Interactive Brokers.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service and support via phone, tickets, and chat.
- Manage client inquiries and issues related to IBKR's security system.
- Assist clients in configuring and using IBKR's two-factor authentication smartphone app.
- Identify and escalate security-related issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a client service role.
- Proficiency in Windows and/or macOS and basic office applications.
- Knowledge of Android/iOS smartphone operating systems.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus).
