Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Interactive Brokers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service and support via phone, tickets, and chat.
  • Manage client inquiries and issues related to IBKR's security system.
  • Assist clients in configuring and using IBKR's two-factor authentication smartphone app.
  • Identify and escalate security-related issues.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a client service role.
  • Proficiency in Windows and/or macOS and basic office applications.
  • Knowledge of Android/iOS smartphone operating systems.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus).
