Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Customer Service Manager. This role will focus on building strong customer relationships, managing customer service operations, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and fleet managers
  • Set up and manage service level agreements for key customers
  • Review and assess customer service contracts and rental contracts
  • Ensure accurate data entry in Salesforce CRM
  • Work on used trucks and parts management to optimize rental fleet utilization
  • Continuously improve customer service operations based on internal and external feedback
  • Coordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives

Requirements:
  • Tertiary education
  • 5+ years of customer service or related experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory or senior-level experience
  • Experience in automotive/vehicles/trucks is a plus
  • Knowledge of after-sales service/service contracts/rental contracts is a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Able to provide excellent customer service
  • Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications
