About the Role
The Guest Relations Officer is a critical position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and departure, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and providing assistance at the club floor counter and lounge. Additionally, you will handle guest queries efficiently, ensuring accurate information is provided in a friendly and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist guests at the club floor counter and lounge, offering personalized support and meeting their needs.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • Experience in hotel operations, preferably in the Front Office or Guest Relations department.
  • Strong command of English and Chinese (Mandarin) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hospitable and enthusiastic personality, passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
