Senior Customer Success Specialist

As a Senior Customer Success Specialist at Alibaba Cloud, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and close deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing them with expert knowledge of Alibaba Cloud's products and solutions.
- Product Value Communication: Effectively communicate the value of Alibaba Cloud's products and solutions to customers, positioning them as ideal partners for their business needs.
- Decision-Making Support: Provide support to customers in making informed decisions about cloud adoption, identifying potential pain points, and developing tailored solutions to address these issues.
- Customer Onboarding and Support: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers, provide ongoing support to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes from using Alibaba Cloud's products and services.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in cloud sales, customer success, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; deep understanding of cloud computing and its applications; ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, business administration, or engineering.
