Main Responsibilities:- Design and implement long-term strategies to achieve sales goals and qualitative objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manage call plans, and oversee territory assignments.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop customized solutions to support Healthcare Professionals.
- Collect and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present findings as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Mentor junior colleagues.
- Excel as a role model in sales performance.
- Publish actionable market insights to senior leadership.
- Preferred science background.
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in sales and customer management within the healthcare sector for KAEs.
