As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail branch, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Supervise Counter Services**: Oversee the daily operations of our retail branch, ensuring that all counter services are provided in a timely and efficient manner.
  • **Ensure Standard Operating Procedures**: Ensure that all standard operating procedures are followed, and that our branch is operating in accordance with established rules and procedures.
  • **Branch Security and Premises**: Responsible for the security and well-being of our branch premises, ensuring that all necessary measures are in place to prevent any security breaches.
  • **Staff Guidance and Training**: Provide guidance and training to branch staff on operating issues, handle exceptions, and adjustments, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • **Performance Management**: Assist in scheduling working hours and involve in performance management/counseling on branch operations staff, ensuring that they are meeting their performance targets.
  • **Cross-Selling Bank Products**: Perform cross-selling of bank products to customers, driving business growth and increasing revenue.

**Requirements:**

  • **Qualifications**: Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or secondary education with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including 2 years at a supervisory level.
  • **Knowledge and Skills**: Thorough knowledge of retail branch operations and security control, sound interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently and under pressure, and good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

**Note**: Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Customer Services Manager role.
