Customer Success Strategist

At Tag, we're seeking a dynamic and client-focused professional to drive the adoption and retention of our technology solutions. As a trusted advisor, you'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure they achieve maximum value.
This role requires a deep understanding of our technology and its roadmap, as well as proactive client relationship management and a consultative approach. You'll serve as a primary point of contact for strategic client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption, retention, and expansion within our client base.
- Track key customer success KPIs, including churn rate, customer lifetime value, NPS, and adoption metrics.
- Utilize customer success platforms to manage customer engagement, track opportunities, and monitor account health.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to advocate for customer requirements and drive product enhancements. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients' businesses and drive growth for Tag.
