Job Overview:

The Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative duties and secretarial works, including composing policy and guidelines, drafting memos, and preparing minutes.
  • Compose correspondence and analyze monthly management reports independently.
  • Assist with budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of department expenses.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory, and place orders as needed.
  • Maintain the high service level of front-line service.
  • Hands-on experience managing company events and staff activity arrangements.
  • Participate in any other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma holder in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration is preferable; IANG is also welcome.
  • Good organizational skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Responsible, with good initiative, willing to learn and work independently.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to multi-task.
  • Good command of written & spoken English or Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).
