About the Role
">- This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, including tasks such as composing policy and guidelines, drafting memos, preparing minutes, and maintaining office supplies.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting with budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of department expenses, as well as composing correspondence and analyzing management reports autonomously.
- Additionally, this role involves handling front-line service inquiries and ensuring the high service level is maintained.
- Experience managing company events and staff activity arrangements is highly valued.

Requirements
- A higher diploma holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least one year of experience in administration
- Good organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
- Responsibility, initiative, and willingness to learn and work independently
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to multi-task and good command of written and spoken English or Chinese
