Sales Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Leader to join our team at Eastman. As a key player in driving business growth and sustainability, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies that meet the objectives of your territory and market segment.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategically developing new applications and accounts, excelling at prioritizing work, multitasking, and achieving goals. You will be passionate about selling, shaping customer behavior, and leveraging data for meaningful insights. Your tenacity will drive you to energetically pursue goals and break down barriers, while your inquisitive nature helps resolve information gaps and make informed decisions.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement territory strategies to allocate your time and resources effectively, focusing on growing polymer granulate sales volume and value.
- Build broad networks and deep customer relationships to uncover opportunities and influence customer behaviors that align with our strategy objectives.
- As a member of our market segment team, lead discovery, test hypotheses, and ensure that customer objectives are met through cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage sales information systems to capture insights and information, ensuring seamless demand fulfillment for our customers and cost efficiency for Eastman.
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or relevant work experience (MBA preferred).
- No less than 5 years of commercial experience, with a strong background in developing and executing account strategies.
- Advanced command of English and fluency in the local language.
