Job Summary:

Mattel is seeking a Strategic Sales Leader to develop and direct sales business through distributors in the APAC Export Markets, focusing on Hong Kong and Taiwan. This role will formulate strategic account plans, review customer performance, and drive business growth through innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with distributors to strengthen business profitability and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key contacts and stakeholders.
  • Provide sales perspective on product performance, distribution, and local pricing decisions.
  • Liaise with logistics teams to ensure customer and distributor supply requirements are met.
  • Set up and maintain accurate sales forecasts to inform inventory planning and stock management decisions.

Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Management or related field.
  • 8+ years of business experience in sales or account management, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent communication and influencing skills, and ability to build relationships effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of distribution channels, sales call management, and merchandising.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English.
