Job Title: Enterprise Account Director
We're seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Director. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in Greater China. You will use your strategic social selling skills to educate prospective customers on the benefits of our Sales Navigator product.
Key Responsibilities
- You will develop and execute strategic plans for your territory and create reliable forecasts.
- You will consistently overachieve the business and revenue objectives set forth in your plan.
- You will drive revenue by connecting with customers and building opportunities that will make all parties more successful.
- You will work to develop and circulate a set of best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team.
- You will listen to the needs of the market and share them with the Product and Marketing team.
- You will engage and negotiate with Senior Executives within Enterprise Organizations, understanding the nuances of the Greater China region and decision-making processes.
Requirements
- You should have at least 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
- You should have experience selling SaaS solutions, CRM platforms or software platform solutions.
- You should have proven experience working with clients in Greater China or supporting Chinese companies in their global expansion.
