Office Administrator and Facilities Manager

As a key member of the UO People team, you will be responsible for managing the office administration and facilities for all UO office premises. This includes but is not limited to office equipment maintenance, office cleaning, safety and security.
You will ensure that all facilities, safety and security systems are well-maintained, conduct proactive maintenance and monitor space management including office space, conference rooms, pantry and other common areas;
Your duties will also include ensuring that the facilities comply with government and corporate regulations, safety, environmental, health, hygiene and security standards;
In addition, you will assist in implementing and maintaining the company's health and safety policies, procedures and initiatives;
You will also provide backup support for office administrative duties and perform ad-hoc support to the People team as assigned, including but not limited to renovation of refurbishments, Town Hall meetings, company activities and events, etc.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for assigned projects, such as office space optimization
Finally, you will provide support for budget planning and cost control.
We offer a competitive salary range of HKD 50,000 - 70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
