Job Title: Facilities Management Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at Turner & Townsend. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective workspace experience and operations management for the market in line with CS strategy balancing performance, cost, and risk mitigation.
- Adding value to the team and to the business by providing effective vendor management and compliance management across the portfolio for the market.
- Review, maintain, and develop facilities management contracts and enhance supplier relationships to support CS's partnership approach to improve performance and develop strategic recommendations and amendments.
- Collaborate with and proactively manage stakeholders in the relevant Business, Functions, and within CS to support the integrated planning, budgeting, service enhancements, and delivery for the Bank.
- Ensure overall quality of services provided meets requirements and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction with a wide range of CS services.
- Secondary point of escalation for the business where unresolved issues are impacting or are likely to impact on the Bank's business.
- Provide market backup and support in the absence of the Senior Manager for FM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in vendor management, preferably in a facility management or real estate setting.
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and standards within the facility management industry.
- Broad knowledge of Real Estate Supplier activities and issues faced by large corporates.
- Sound understanding of how banks operate, key challenges faced in the operating environment.
- Sound understanding of CNZ, sustainability, energy conservation measures, and other business applications of sustainability improvements and solutions.
- Role model and advocate for acting at all times in a way that complies with the Bank's code of conduct, ethics, and stance on bribery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in using facility management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven presentations and summaries for senior executives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
