As a key member of the branch management team, you will report directly to the Branch Manager and the Retail Operations & Control Department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all branch activities adhere to established protocols while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the retail branch, ensuring efficient counter services.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain the security and safety of the branch premises.
  • Provide training and support to branch personnel on operational matters, addressing any exceptions or adjustments as needed.
  • Assist in managing staff schedules and participate in performance evaluations and coaching for branch operations staff.
  • Engage in cross-selling banking products to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or secondary education with at least 8 years of experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of retail banking operations and security measures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and thrive under pressure.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Applicants with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Customer Services Manager.
