We are looking for a highly skilled sales representative to join our team as an Account Manager, Customer Engagement Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our SaaS-based AI solutions to high-level executives and decision makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by monitoring installed systems and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Present and close sales solutions to targeted accounts, leveraging your expertise in sales strategies and processes.
  • Act in accordance with the Information Security Policy and Information Management Policy and Privacy Policy.
  • Collaborate with regional presales teams to assess customer needs and develop tailored sales solutions.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of direct sales experience within the enterprise software industry, selling complex software solutions and/or call center recording/monitoring systems.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS based AI solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of sales success with high dollar value technology products/solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Cantonese.
