About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our DBS Treasures team as a relationship manager lead. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with affluent customers, providing them with tailored financial solutions and promoting our wealth management products.

You will work closely with our Centre Manager and Branch Manager to identify business opportunities and implement strategies to meet sales and business targets. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

In addition to your relationship-building responsibilities, you will also be responsible for performing comprehensive financial needs analyses, providing recommendations on suitable wealth management products and services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affluent customers, providing tailored financial solutions and promoting our wealth management products.
  • Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to meet sales and business targets in collaboration with the Centre Manager and Branch Manager.
  • Perform comprehensive financial needs analyses to provide recommendations on suitable wealth management products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Degree holder, preferably in business or finance-related disciplines.
  • Registered RI (Regulated Activities: Type 1 & 4) with passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8, or equivalent.
  • Registered TR (General & Long Term, incl. linked long term) with passes in IIQE papers 1, 2*, 3 & 5, or equivalent.
  • Preferably registered CI – CRWP (ECF-RWM), CFP, and CFA designations an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with experience in relationship management and business development.
