At Wonder, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our contact center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. You will provide accurate information about our products and services, handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner, process orders, returns, and exchanges, and maintain and update customer records in our database.
Required Skills and Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
