About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Associate to join our team at International Executive Service Corps. As an Operations Manager Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all DCD operation processes are fully compliant with regulations and standards set by the Bank and regulator.

  • As a key member of our team, you will act as an account manager and provide support to operation risk/compliance reporting and monitoring of respective DCD sections.
  • You will assist in preparing operation risk/compliance related reports, ensuring timely completion of quality control and risk assessments.
  • You will also be involved in regular call quality & call monitoring support to ensure the team meets the quality standard and complies with regulatory compliance.
  • In addition, you will handle customer complaints, conduct complaints investigations, analyze complaint cases, and provide proper feedback to frontline staff.
  • You will provide regular training/coaching to frontline staff on the control perspective and compile and review operation flows from time to time.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing operation risk/compliance related reports and ensure timely completion of quality control and risk assessments.
  • Support regular call quality & call monitoring to ensure the team meets quality standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle customer complaints, investigate issues, and provide feedback to frontline staff.
  • Provide coaching and training to frontline staff on control perspectives and operation flows.
  • Compile and review operation flows to maintain high-quality standards.
