About the Role:

As a Strategic Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for performing solution presentations for customers, partners, and prospects, differentiating our solutions from competitors. You will scope technical solutions required to address customer needs, assess met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.

You will work closely with Business Development, Account Service, or Partners to align solution design with customers' business requirements, securing commitments needed to ensure deals without technical issues. You will meet assigned targets for profitable revenue growth in assigned product lines, markets, or channels, keeping up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform solution presentations for customers, partners, and prospects.
  • Scope technical solutions required to address customer needs.
  • Assess met and unmet needs and recommend solutions that optimize value.
  • Work closely with Business Development, Account Service, or Partners to align solution design.
  • Secure commitments needed to ensure deals without technical issues.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable revenue growth.
  • Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products, and services.

Requirements:

  • Degree or above.
  • At least 3-5 years' relevant working experience.
  • Solid technical know-how.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic, or similar CRM or Marketing Automation System is a plus.
  • Fluent presentation in English and Cantonese with good written skills, Mandarin is a plus.
  • Good business sense.
  • Proactive communication with other departments.
  • Required travel to oversea.
