  • Assist in talent acquisition and daily operations for assigned business units.
  • Collaborate with the Compensation and Benefits team to ensure compliance with local labor laws and drive enhancement plans when necessary.
  • Identify and implement HR best practices globally.
  • Source and recommend external service providers for talent acquisition and HR compliance services.
  • Participate in HR projects, including talent development, employee satisfaction reviews, and HR operations.
  • Support the team's daily operations and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant HR experience in a sizable organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Humble, customer-focused, result-driven, and willing to learn and help.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin required.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
