About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Heidrick & Struggles. In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to execute and deliver human resources programs and services for our Asia Pacific region.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Counseling and supporting assigned service line leadership teams on all aspects of HR-related issues, including recruiting, compensation, employee relations, benefits, immigration, relocation, and talent management.
  • Engaging business stakeholders to support a continuous feedback cycle, ensuring business needs are met, which includes employee engagement tools and survey feedback.
  • Supporting employees with policy, procedure, issue, and concern matters; managing employee relations issues and conducting investigations as appropriate.
  • Assisting and leading in the performance management program, including year-end roundtable meetings, salary planning, bonus administration, promotions, goal setting, and coaching.
  • Teamwork with Learning and Development to provide training on various HR topics as determined by business needs.
  • Supporting and participating in the recruiting process for supported teams, including compensation evaluation, appropriate approvals, tracking, interviewing, selection, offer letters, and onboarding.
  • Assisting with new hire orientation and working closely with stakeholders during the onboarding and integration process.
  • Supporting global HR initiatives in areas such as program and policy administration, benefits, immigration, relocation, recruiting, compensation, and talent management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least six years of experience in HR, preferably in a professional services environment. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing, and client-focused environment. A strong ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders is essential.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be confident in expressing your opinions. Experience in developing and standardizing processes and providing exceptional client service is also highly valued.
