We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team at AXA Investment Managers in Asia ex-Japan. This role will support existing client services and sales support infrastructure, ensuring delivery of first-class service to clients in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the sales teams in handling client enquiries, providing regular product updates, and onboarding new products.
  • Carrying out client service functions, including onboarding, handling client enquiries, and ongoing due diligence.
  • Coordinating and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reporting and handling client onboarding and transition processes.
  • Handling tasks and projects as assigned by management from time to time.
  • Providing administrative support to the Head of Client Group Core APAC.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree, preferably with a focus in economics or finance, and 5+ years of relevant experience in client service or sales support. They should possess excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and be able to work with different cultures and languages.
