Job Description

As a Client Service Professional at Bank of Singapore, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires a proactive and friendly individual who can communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and escort clients to the meeting suite, ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
  • Provide administrative support to the Service Ambassador's team, including managing bookings of meeting rooms and maintaining cleanliness in all areas.
  • Offer a selection of drinks and services during client meetings, and provide hands-on preparation and serving of food and beverages.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or banking environment.
  • Customer-focused and proactive, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 50,000 - 70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
