Our team based in Hong Kong is dedicated to delivering exceptional services, including on-boarding processes and provision of FATCA/CRS services across various jurisdictions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Perform AML/CTF checks and ensure compliance with investor KYC documents, including FATCA/CRS related forms and information;
  • Prepare and update investor KYC packs and checklists/systems;
  • Review and validate FATCA/CRS indicia and documentation, ensuring reasonableness and accuracy;
  • Assist in preparing FATCA/AEOI files and arranging timely reporting to regulatory authorities;
  • Communicate effectively with clients and investors regarding KYC-related matters;
  • Escalate issues or potential issues to the Line Manager in a timely manner;
  • Maintain strict adherence to Intertrust internal procedures and guidelines, as well as regulatory requirements.
Your Profile
  • Degree holder in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in client onboarding and investor services;
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Manager, Regulatory Compliance Services;
  • Understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) or transfer agency background is preferred;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel skills;
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills, with conversational Mandarin;
  • Independent, multi-tasking, meticulous, proactive, attentive to details, self-motivated individual able to adapt to new challenges and possess excellent communication skills.

We offer an attractive salary range of HKD 45,000 - HKD 60,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.
