  • The development and execution of a defined sales strategy
    This involves developing a robust sales and prospecting pipeline focusing on local and large markets.
  • Ownership and full responsibility for converting identified prospects into clients and managing an appropriate handover to Account Management Teams
  • Developing cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating risk and people expertise and an ability to help solve clients' needs
  • Leading and managing responses to tenders and developing quality presentations as needed, working with relevant expertise
  • Driving cross-selling and up-selling activities, including where appropriate the introduction of Aon United colleagues/services
  • Following the Aon sales process protocols, including clearly defined sales strategy and activity, accurate pipeline reporting updates through Aon Connect
  • Performing other duties and tasks as reasonably assigned by the Manager
  • Contributing, as required, to Health Solutions initiatives & leadership forums
