Job ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Director will be responsible for leading our sales team and developing strategies to drive sales growth and expansion in the advertising industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media sales, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to influence at all levels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with management to establish sales goals and budgets, developing sales strategies, and inspiring and leading team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Requirements- Degree holder in business administration, finance, or other relevant subjects
- Minimum of 10 years media sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial position
- Understanding of trends and direct competitors with commercial awareness
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
