We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to join our retail team in Hong Kong. Your Role
As a Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive at Maison Kitsuné, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in our Hong Kong stores. You will:
- Elevate the Customer Experience: Greet, guide, and inspire customers with your deep knowledge of our collections, brand story, and values.
- Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by providing personalized styling advice and building lasting relationships with our clientele.
- Champion the Brand: Embody the Maison Kitsuné spirit – a blend of Parisian chic and Japanese minimalism – in every interaction.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with your colleagues to create a welcoming and dynamic store environment.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, product knowledge, and industry insights to provide the best service to our customers.
For Senior Sales Executives, you will also:
- Take on a leadership role, mentoring junior team members and supporting the Store Manager in daily operations.
- Act as a brand ambassador, contributing to the growth and success of Maison Kitsuné in Hong Kong.
Who You Are
- A fashion enthusiast with a passion for the Maison Kitsuné aesthetic and lifestyle.
- A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
- Experienced in retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- For Senior Sales Executives: 3+ years of retail experience, with leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
