We are looking for a Front Desk Service Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a clinic setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Customer Service team, providing on-the-job training and coaching, and assisting in the formulation of customer service guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Customer Service team to deliver customer services in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for team members.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop customer service policies and procedures.

  • Deliver professional and high-quality service experience at the front desk, including patient registration, appointment booking, and handling phone inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Mature, positive, proactive, and possessing a customer-service manner.
