The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Customer Service team, providing on-the-job training and coaching, and assisting in the formulation of customer service guidelines.

- Lead the Customer Service team to deliver customer services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for team members.

- Administer daily manpower arrangements to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Deliver professional and high-quality service experience at the front desk, including patient registration, appointment booking, and handling phone inquiries.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above academic qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in customer service.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on total customer satisfaction.
- Mature, positive, proactive, and possessing a customer-service manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
