About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Reception and Administrative Services Associate to join our team and support the smooth operation of our office.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and handle customer inquiries.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate with the facilities team.
- Assist with office events and functions.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
