About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Reception and Administrative Services Associate to join our team and support the smooth operation of our office.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk and handle customer inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate with the facilities team.
  • Assist with office events and functions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
