We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Sales Support Role. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for sales operations, manage general reception duties, and contribute to the overall success of our examinations administration department.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales operations, including data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation
- Manage general reception duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative support or a related field
- Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with sales administration principles and practices is an asset
