Job Summary

The HKEX Hosting Services team offers reliable, deterministic, and low-latency solutions to HKEX trading and market data systems, creating an open and vibrant ecosystem for market participants and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the Hosting Services team and other IT departments, including maintaining departmental calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Manage departmental purchase requests, prepare orders, and submit payment settlements.
  • Assist with human resources functions such as staff on-boarding and off-boarding, seat arrangement, and logistics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate and assist with departmental projects, including research, data collection, and analysis.
  • Undertake special or ad-hoc projects and other clerical tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements

  • Degree holder of any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in well-established banking/financial institutions.
  • Well-organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good team player with good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
